Need your help imgur! Just upgraded our PC and it keeps freezing every hour. We have stress tested it, check logs for events that could be causing an issue and reinstalled windows many times.
Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?

Exactly every 30 or 60 min? Could be issue with the Intel ME, I had to claim mine on warranty

Download the latest drivers for your Mobo and video card.

Done and done. BIOS up do date and updated drivers for everything in Device Management.

Done an SFC scan and said there was no issues.

Is it a legit copy of the OS?

Yeah. Was windows 8 home copy upgraded. Made a new USB disc when I upgraded the motherboard and processor.

Got it sorted. SSD we got was shit. Returned it and got told W that worked.

Some more info like what you are doing at the time or if it's exactly around the same time. And what actually happens on shutdown. Check psu

upgraded the hardware? Pull everything out and put it back together again; sounds like a badly-seated connection.

Also check CPU temperatuer - too high means the fan is not installed right or the thermal paste is not applied right (usually too thick)

CPU sits between 27-57 depending on what it’s doing.

That could be it. The ryzens have had some weird power draw issues and some have seen improvements with more juice

You could remove some of the power draw ie CD, extra HDs, extra cards and see if it continues.

I also assume you're running 3x 4gb sticks. Try with just 2 in the dual dimm slot

Was going to take ram to 8 tomorrow and will remove the DVD drive (as I don’t need it) and see if that helps.

Did you recently upgrade the GPU or the Ram

Upgraded GPU on the old MB and it was slow as shit as the processor was crap. So updated CPU, MB, RAM and SSD

I think you may have an underpowered computer. The 1070s are pretty decent running on lower psus but the ryzens need the juice
