She's looking great!
Week three since we got her. Daily wet bandages, a handful of antibiotics (she's down to 2 pills twice a day, next week she'll just be on an antiinflammatory)

Nope, it's neglect definitely, but not malicious. They were just irresponsible, it sucks that they now have a puppy...can only save so many

At first I panicked because I can't find the dog's face but it's alright now. The wound is looking better and cleaner. Good job @op
