man you know I heard about this one illegal immigrant by the name of Stephan Miller. It would take too long to go thought the due process to verify it however. I guess ICE better just pick him up and deport him to a 3rd world country without checking if Im right.

Even if it were true, it's *still* not a reason to abandon due process! Hire more judges, clerks, etc, if the system is too backed up. If one person can be denied due process, then nobody is safe. Nobody.

That's the whole point. It allows them to go after anyone. Due process was there to prevent them from doing that. And they signaled many times that it's what they intend to do.

The whole point of ignoring due process is to facilitate the disappearing of legal immigrants or anyone else they want to disappear for any reason. I'm gonna let you imagine who white supremacists and other fascists are gonna go after but I'm gonna give you a hint. Who do they hate? Who are they scapegoating? Who are they always trying to go after? Who call them out and resist them? The list is longer than you think. Read "First they came". The pattern is known as "salami slicing".

Whether they call you libtard, woke, degenerate, extremist, terrorist, tankie, loser, sucker, etc. you're likely on that list. Maybe not all for deportation but all will feel the weight of their economic oppression and other forms of authoritarian crimes and abuse. I am all for legal immigrants, but a ultra long process allows people to abuse the system. And I'm not okay with anyone, rich or poor abusing the system.
