Like when I clip their claws or giving meds or as im lowering them into a bath for ringworm treatment. They are putting up with it cause they got no choice. Cats dont only purr when happy, cozy they also purr when they are stressed. Maybe she shouldnt foster kittens if her nervous system cant handle that life stage without resorting to this method.
