I

-sighs- another favorite and forget

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks! I'll be saving it to favorites to never look at it again.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have no idea how many times I have seen this same post. Maybe 10 times in less than a year?

#5 and such look like images from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

+1 for title

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If we could go even a couple days without one of these being one of the top posts in most viral, that'd be great.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Cue the "there are so many things wrong this" comments.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Faveforegtting for later.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guys, there are tons of beginner and up guides out there. Look for them in appropriate places, not reposts on imgur that have no sources

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As an average person just trying to maintain, my suggest is don't go batshit crazy and you won't get burned out/hate it. Just do SOMETHING!

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

Just seeing the Load remaining 32 images made me lost calories. Enough for today.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The good ol' favorite and forget because I'm a shameful, lazy human.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Most of it is bullshit anyway, just start walking around the block or something in the evening. Isn't hard.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I ride my bike to work and walk the dogs daily, I just don't do any of this crazy shit.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This has been incredibly useful seeing as I'm trying to rehab my back.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok, but what if I want to get rid of my hips and only my hips?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes! I'd like to know that too, please!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

May I suggest a bonesaw

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Long post with no exercise for dick. Why

10 years ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 1

Everyone knows cock push-ups are the best dick exercise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSxJoPJFxOg

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Cream cheese is cheese?

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Stretching your dick can add a <0.2 microns, jelqing can make paste on your dick you can use as hair gel.

TL;DR

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Information overload, I think I need a BigMac. :)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awesome let me just squint in futility at the tiny instructional text.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Future note

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

bicep curls, tri extensions, chin ups, bench press, sit ups and squats. doing these things properly is better than all that shit up there

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Any particular reason you started that list with curls?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

No deadlift?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why a chin up and not a pull up? Doesnt chin up focus more on biceps and less on lats or are the differences small enough to not matter?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The difference is very small (less than 10% diff. in activation), and overhand pullups put a much greater strain on your shoulder joints.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Pretty much focusing on compound movements is great for beginners, or anyone for that matter. Also, don't forget about deadlifts!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Deadlifts are king.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sumo deadlifts are my jam!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Thank you for the new favorite i hope i dont forget about for weeks

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ooooo

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

30 days of change! (Warning, program is not in order. Program must be completed in order. Feel like giving up yet? I do.)

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

There are so many things wrong or just plain incorrect about this.

10 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 4

Seriously how many times have these shown to be shit already

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 3

4-10 are legit. Rest is bullshit.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sometimes I wonder if people even realize how hard it is to train 'localized' muscles without putting work in other muscles. It's almost as

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

if they were somehow related...

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I wonder how they can say "optimize" and "targeted training" in the same sentence. If you want to optimize, you hit as many as you can.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Hahaha, I never thought of it like that, to be honest. But then again, imo people tends to focus on weird exercises rather than BP, DL + SQ.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Which is weird, because they are the fucking basics for a reason. They complain the workout is not giving results fast enough then traintiny

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

muscles, in an as isolated as possible manner, which takes even more time.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ugh, not another one of these. Just start a beginner program like Starting Strength, Stronglifts, Candito's 6 week, or hell, even ICF.

10 years ago | Likes 106 Dislikes 3

So what about someone who lives in the middle of nowhere (no gym) and can't afford the ~$1400 to start a home gym? :-\

Candito is better for someone whose already been lifting for a while and has maxed out their newbie weight increases.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

what he said.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I like AllPro workout too. It's my fav of the internet spawned workouts.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

+1 for Stronglifts. That shit's legit if you're patient. And have good gear...

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

good gear... implying running a stack or buying a rack mate?

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Definitely a stack. Can't afford the lifting equipment. Lol.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I...don't understand most of those words.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

good gear... implying doing a steroid cycle or buying gym equipment

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

thank you!! I hate these and the five minute work out. Just commit an hour a day go and do a program.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Specially if you're not fit to begin with. Whatever you do, you'll start seeing results rather quickly. But don't do Crossfit.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yea, Ive been a big fan of the military athlete programs they're about 7-8 weeks long and each day is different keeps it interesting

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I pulled a muscle in my thumb scrolling thru this.

10 years ago | Likes 235 Dislikes 4

To much information

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You need a better thumb workout. Tinder is perfect for that????

10 years ago | Likes 0 Dislikes 1
