7 years ago I went to urgent care with the worst cold of my life. I had bronchitis. They gave me an inhaler and countless other meds.
It was the most difficult thing I have ever done. I had so much support. My dad was my number one supporter. And my friends helped me all the time when we would go out drinking and would crave one.
If you struggle with smoking, you can do it. I smoked a pack a day or more. Woke up at 7am and would have to immediately go smoke. If I can do it. So can you.

Early on, I would go to the corner store/7-11 and get a 1$ scratcher instead of a pack every day. Replaced. And chewing on straws

I'm at 6mg right now. I've quit smoking for vaping several times.. I do 6mg then after a month or so I'll go down to the lowest, 3mg.
