It's the GW snow texture paint straight out of the bottle. Just use a popsicle stick to moosh it into the base

I did. It makes things like flat panels SO much easier. I won't go back. Even smaller models I don't base coat with a brush anymore.

~4 hours building it, 2 hours doing the metals 4 hours on color panels, an hour to do the rest. So I'd guess 11-12 hours total
