This is Sahil.
He’s a witty, theatre- and basketball- loving charismatic introvert. (And that’s him trying to be super hip).
This is me. I’m a geeky, dry-humored, introverted activist. (Forgive the selfie.)
Sahil is my absolute best friend in the world and the love of my life. We met in high school when I was going through a really tough time. He is one of the most amazing people I have ever met, and I really couldn’t have gotten through it without him.
We love spending time together, whether it be by watching indie movies, picnicking on his roof, or sporting ridiculous hairstyles. (Sorry for the potato).
And today happens to be a very special day! It’s his GOLDEN BIRTHDAY! He’s turning 20 (and today’s the 20th). I want to make this day as special as I can.
But there’s a small problem. He’s attending college in Chicago and I happen to go to school in South Carolina. :-/ We don’t actually get to see each other that often anymore.
But that’s where you guys come in! I’ve seen people on here get their friends and family to the front page to celebrate a special time in their lives. I was hoping that you might do the same for Sahil and I, here. We both have been browsing imgur for a couple years. We’re both lurkers; Sahil doesn’t even have a profile, but I know he would be absolutely thrilled to see himself on here!
So that’s it: I would really appreciate some upvotes for Sahil’s one and only golden birthday. It’s up to you guys now to determine this post’s fate. But front page or not: Happy Birthday, Sahil! I’m lucky to know you. :)
