Que a bunch of 14 year olds: "OHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" He was ok a few days later, but at that point the workout stopped before it even started
It's much easier than it looks because she's effectively just free hanging from the arms. The most physically demanding part of this would be keeping your legs out at 90 degrees for that long.
By Law of conservation of energy if the system is "stable", this is not possible without any kind of additional energy. May be friction of the pad in her back. But looks cool.
I'm gonna start a special gym for people who want to film and get filmed while working out... We'll have extra space between the machines so tripods or filming buddies don't get in the way, more mirrors, great lighting, hair and makeup, upgraded Wi-Fi, and an 🚑 on standby for when stunts go wrong. It will be very expensive, but that will be part of what makes it special 😉

She isn't hanging completely free, but using the chest rest (normally you sit at that machine the other way around) to support her back. Her hanging weight and the machine weights cancel each other out, and she can brace against that rest enough (only needs a small amount) to swing the balance one way or the other. For reference, this is how far back you would be if you were doing leg raises while hanging free:

I think the weight setting on the machine is equal to her own weight. She can also pull down her own weight. So she's moving the machine around her weight-balanced body. If her body was anchored she'd do a typical pull down. If the machine weight setting was higher she'd do a typical pull up.
If that were the case, just because she pulls herself up (so to say) it would not change the force applied to the machine. She's hanging of it, her weight does not change because she does a pullup.
That's the exercise of it I think. If both parts are in balance without motion they will remain balanced. She is throwing it out of balance by moving and putting it back by stopping the movement. Utterly insane level of effort and control being demonstrated here.

It's the same kind of cartoon logic that would allow you to fly by lifting yourself by the hair. It seems, as others have pointed out, that her back is against the backrest of the machine, rpoviding friction that keeps her in place. Without that, this woud not work, because again; the force applied to the machine would not change.
On a second watching it kinda looks like she's stretched back a bit with her arms. Like the top of the backrest is hitting just below her shoulder blades. Her pull isn't straight down. It's slightly forward too to push her back further against the rest.
