Made myself a quiver! (OC)

Tired of sticking my arrows in the dirt, or carrying them, I decided to make my own quiver. This was my first leather project, lots if trial and error & youtube videos. All of the leather was purchased at a craft store in the form of a single large scrap piece, 8-10oz vegetable tanned leather. You can see in the center there, a wound the cow sustained which later healed, leaving a scar. Really reminded me to be careful as I worked, as my material came from a living creature. I tried my best to do it justice!

The trim is actually a stamped leather bracelet that I bought, chopped up, and glued to the ends using leather cement.

The finished quiver holds 12 arrows, though there is room to cram a couple more in if I really wanted to.

Stitching it up, using black waxed hemp cord. This part took forever. I ended up watching half a season of star trek over the course of stitching this two foot piece!
