What's the machine she's using at Reverse Hack Squat? I don't think my gym has that.
zanderclause
As a dude I think your right. I do need to wear more booty shorts and halter tops.
CloakedFigure
Uh huh.
Ultimada
One of these is not like the others.
dietderpsy
I would be very careful with the press and squat and the barbell twists.
candar
Compound movement does not mean you did more in less time. The CrossFit fallacy.
ArthurBooRadley
Thanks OP, but I've had the idea of throwing a fit, beautiful woman into my routine for quite a few years now. Not as easy as you think.
Themineturtle12
No
AngryButtStuff
I made it halfway down the page before my heart rate went to high and I passed out in a puddle of my own seaman.
barnwolf
Needs more burpees.
Fakenrite
Just say no to the squat and behind the neck press combo unless you like damaging your shoulders.

My daily workout routine is now watching these gifs in the bathroom. It really gives my right arm a workout.
PellerGnu
So i should wear tube socks when i work out. got it
superfeathers
Also arm sleeves. Also make sure you have plenty of back and boob ventilation.
RegularLegs
And wear your long ass hair down... cause that makes so much sense.
2b87
Sad thing as a guy in a wheelchair, only the last one is possible, but would do wonders

Tatiana Ussa Girardi
ToxicMolluscinity
More like Datass*iana Ussa Girardi, amirite? :P
MakeAmericaGreatBritainAgain
to throw in your what? routine? what's that?
LordCommanderofUsersub
I think they mean Poutine? But I don't know how that's applicable.
YourInfoIsCrapImgur
My routine
checho503
This was just an elaborate rouse to show us your butt
Pesukone
These are all isolation movements which aren't necessary for beginners. Also crunching ab exercises tighten the body's frontal musculature
Pesukone
which is already tight from all the sitting. Especially sit-ups really target the hip flexors more than they develop the abs.
ToxicMolluscinity
Squat is not an isolation movement, it's a compound movement. Do you even lift, bro?

ToxicMolluscinity
Doesn't even.
Macynist
Anyone else not a fan of the lower back trajectory in #2? It seems to stress the disks asymmetrically to me but I may be misinformed
KingKrown
I think she's just doing it incorrectly,I thought your back was supposed to remain straight as you brought your legs up.
1SimpleFriend
She's hyperextending even at the top. She's hinging and not bracing her core at all. Note the buttwink and she's only at 90 degrees.
calcleric
I'm not really a fan of the movement in general, it works for high volume but not much else.
JacketOff
It's not perfect but not concerning. Wouldn't really correct that unless they were doing some REALLY heavy loading
calcleric
Which I would not advise given that set up.
SteelOwen
Throw her into my routine and I think i will be good.
DownvoteMeMore
I wanna throw that ass into my routine
merkin420
3d to last what the heck is she hanging off ?
ToxicMolluscinity
Dat ass cuz it defy gravity, son.
merkin420
heh ;]
TheresAGermanWordForThat
Nope, not allowed to do the Iron Cross 'round here.
MrDragonfyr
I got out of bed today. But I'm back in bed. It's 17:24. I have depression. Amongst other things. Good on you though
ToxicMolluscinity
Exercise can help with depression! :D
MrDragonfyr
So all my doctors and medical professionals keep telling me. Thanks anyway
dottsoofs
Same, but it's 4 here
MrDragonfyr
Hope you're ok
dottsoofs
I will be, just not yet
OldIronSides1st37th
My routine is usually Aloe, a sock and some soft music.

Impossibrew
Was anyone else expecting a pole dancing gif from the thumbnail?
GrandPoobahDeDoinkOfAllOfThisAndThat
Almost all of these require either a gym membership or a partner. Things most imgurites probably don't and will never have
spacecatts
I have a gym membership
GrandPoobahDeDoinkOfAllOfThisAndThat
Yeah me too
Bombideer
I've never been in a gym with that high kick or hack squat machine, either
GrandPoobahDeDoinkOfAllOfThisAndThat
My gym doesn't have those either, or a bench where you can stand and have pressure on the back of your knees
JacketOff
Or ya know, just 2 dumbells, a theraband and literally anything you can hang from.
GrandPoobahDeDoinkOfAllOfThisAndThat
Wtf is a theraband? And how would you do the ones requiring leverage on the back of your knees?
JacketOff
One of those stretchy exercise bands. And by putting your feet under something like a couch and putting some form of box behind you
GrandPoobahDeDoinkOfAllOfThisAndThat
I could try this, but i'm probably not going to
JacketOff
Fair. Was just saying it doesn't have to be complicated
