Coo coo coo, I hate it I hate

That thing would snap like a twig if you tried to do Dukes of Hazzard stunts with it. And then catch fire, trapping you inside.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is so fucking stupid, how are you gonna put Dukes of Hazzard references on your cuck car? How tf are you a fan of Dukes of Hazzard and also a bootlicker fascist apologist? I stg media illiteracy is the main hallmark of conservatism.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Another form of abstinence.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Dukes would steal this, jump it over a washed out bridge, and drop it on Boss Hog's lawn with a giant turd in the front seat.

I don’t think Reddit or Imgur will make me change my mind on anything

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's actually very smart, they painted it bright red so they can find the panels when they eventually fall off.

Technically Hemi orange.

It's the General Rust-e...

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

*taps forehead* You can't see the rust if it's rust-colored to begin with

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

... I hate to say it, but painting a cybertruck does ALOT to improve its look. It still looks goofy, and it is only a surface improvement....

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And it does help protect the rusting panels a bit better.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wonder if that's the same one I saw a few weeks ago:

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope. Different dipshit. Check the size of the numbers on the door.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

i remember the stunts, if they try this with this dumpster truck, the max they can expect the car to survive is a speed bump, and even so it's 50/50

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The Dodge Chargers they used in the show didn't survive those stunts. They wrecked a car every time they filmed a jump. By the end of the show, they had wrecked hundreds of Chargers.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So I guess if we wonder whatever happened to all the chargers...

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Interestingly, the Dukes would be against the type of corrupted assholes this person is associating with.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Instead of fleeing from the police, they're helping them?

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Is this a reference that I'm too european to understand, or am I just ignorant in general? 😅

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I want you to know that you just made the best accidental pun in the world https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Lee_(car)

Who's General Failure and why is he reading my disc?

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I've heard he is supported by Major Bummer!

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I saw a red one the other day and it looked even more like a kids drawing

1 year ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Reminds me of the DuckTales episode where Hewey, Dewey, & Louie design the car. There’s a bit where the buyer says to the seller something along the lines of “It looks like a kid designed it!” And the seller’s like “Would you believe 3?!?” That’s the CyberTruck to me.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have seen a blue one in Massachusetts.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If GTA had been released for the Nintendo 64, and someone had found a way to bring the cars from GTA 64 into the real world, they'd look a lot like the Cybertruck. Just that ugly, blocky vibe.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m really amused at the idea of the idiot driving this trying a “General Lee” type jump…..and his deplorian immediately falling apart upon impact just before the battery explodes in a fireball of doom.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Pretty bold assuming it makes it off the ramp without unscheduled disassembly.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

True- I’m thinking the back fender goes on take off, then everything else on landing.

The cognitive dissonance it takes to be a fan of the Dukes of Hazzard while also supporting a real life Boss Hogg.

Hey! The Dukes of Hazard were about GOOD old boys never doin' no harm.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Except glorifying racist, Antebellum monsters.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

As a UK kid who loved the Dukes of Hazzard (and knew nothing of race-related politics), this makes me very sad.

1 year ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

US kid of the 80s, northern state. I probably played with a General Lee matchbox car, also not knowing about race related politics. My parents failed me in that regard. My son knows better. Yesterday we heard Sweet Home Alabama on the radio and I had to explain to him how it's a fun song until you learn about it's backstory.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same, in the UK in the 80s we were shown Knight Rider, The A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard, Airwolf, Street Hawk, Pole Position and Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors all at the same time along with repeats of James Bond movies and it was just one of those vehicle shows loved and then not thought of for a long time.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

CHIPS ..!

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In much of America, the Confederate flag was sold as a patch or bumper sticker to show you were a rebel, and it was for fun. The Dukes of Hazzard was fun. The symbol was co-oped as a symbol of hate, and a lot of hateful people stubbornly refuse to give it up.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

The Confederacy existed for the sole explicit purpose, specified in its constitution and the secession declarations of its constituent states, of maintaining racial slavery. Its flag always has been and always will be nothing but a symbol of hate.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I was an Asian kid who grew up in the US in the 80s, and I feel the same way. And it makes it so much worse that John Schneider is an orange baboon supporter

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hey, no need to insult the baboons like that! (the actual baboons, that is. The Angry Carrot, have at him.)

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Hey man! That's some fella's "heritage" y'all maki'n fun of there!

1 year ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

It's quite a coincidence that the only heritage they seem to care that much about is the war they fought to try to keep slavery going and the KKK revival trying to refuse to acknowledge the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My heritage is ultimately British, but you don't see me colonizing my neighbor's yards.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Then you've abandoned your heritage.

Walk over to your neighbors, pretend to be polite, say "this is our yard now", and plant some tea. Take their kitchen spices and family heirlooms. Colonize their garden shed.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

My point is, just because your ancestors did something doesn't mean you have to do it.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Ah, but see, they don't *have* to be racist dick bags. They *want* to be. 😆

One of these days he'll get on one of the unstable SpaceX rockets and become confetti...and like most confetti, when it comes out, it will be a time to celebrate.

you mean he will stockton-rush himself?

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Does it have the 'Rebel' flag on it, though?

1 year ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

If it does, remember that they lock when they burst into flames and it's about as good an analogy to confederacy as most will get.

1 year ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 2

do Cybertrucks even last 5 years?

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Gotta get a top down pic to find out. Do so at one's own risk.

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Blast zone.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I can't work out where they'd put it. Can't go on the roof or they lose their precious all-glass roof. And surely they wouldn't put it on the tonneau cover and have it constantly be rolled up and bits flaking off and stuff? Ha, who am I kidding, I bet they'd be just fine with it and blame the vinyl guy.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Maybe you can buy the flag holder as an extra?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not uncommon for people to put UK or other flag decals on the Mini Coopers. For the ones with sunroofs they have small holes all over the decals to allow light to pass through.
