I am calling BULLSH*T on my cakeday on this study. I'm in Atlanta and spend an hour and a half... 1.5 hours going to work. Same amount going back. 3 HOURS TOTAL in traffic everyday! I get Los Angeles' total in 34 days! and YES I realize they are saying this is an average BUT the average commute time here in Atlanta is 1 HOUR. AND I have driven in Los Angeles traffic. YES it is bad, BUT it is NOTHING compared to Atlanta traffic.

ALSO.. doesn't define what in traffic is. Maybe it means completelty stopped dead. Whereas you mostly move... 1km/hr so it wouldn't count.

I am including the surrounding Metro-Atlanta area. You use that against the Los-Angeles Metro Area, it is close to same.

Hey you can read. Try reading more of that WIKI page and you see that the LA Metro Area is counting more places than the true metro area.

Nope, the OMB defines metro area. The 'Greater Los Angeles Area' is 18 million. That's what wiki is talking about.
