Looked like he multikilled with a sniper. 5 kills in a single scope...I think. I have no idea. Haven't played the game.

You can shoot semiauto while in scope with Ana. Also, she is a healer and her sniper applies a dot, hence the multi kill

I can explain a bit. Bullets heal allies and damage enemies for <1 sec. Nade buffs allies and debuffs enemies. Has a sleep dart too. 1/2

She ults an ally inside that room (boosts dmg and dmg take), gets the assists for that and hits a few kills herself too.
