The off-duty agent was cutting a rug at Denver's Mile High Spirits late Saturday night when something (I think alcohol) got ahold of him and compelled him to get a bit acrobatic with his moves. His gun, which he'd stashed just below his waistband, fell to the ground. The man tried to pick it up, but it went off, firing one round and hitting someone in the leg. The injured person was treated at a hospital and is reportedly in good condition. The Denver police homicide unit is investigating the incident.
