My version would be similar to this;

Lucio can now be played as a tank role.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ripped!!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Shredded!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Isn't that kinda bad for the knees? The lift I mean

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

yes. you have to be light up top to really pull it off.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Sissy squats, i love doing them they're a great exercise just build up to them don't fuck around. The same with any exercise

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No, it's pretty much a very light version of what you actually do when you train that area

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I never go below 90 degrees with my knees.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Even the first part? I'm a regular at the gym but the first part just seems like it would hurt. I've got bad knees though so who knows.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Eh it's okay as long as you can do more than your body weight on leg extension

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dear lady's, No one develops six pack abs to date only 1 woman

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Seems like a fitting name for him.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But can he do it with a shirt on?

9 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 5

If I looked like that, I would never put a shirt on.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Then whats the point?!

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

abs-olutely!

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Why would you? Look at those abs!

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

No, the shirt would weight just enough to prevent him fromakijg it back up. This is why you should always work out in normal clothes.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tried that...almost died...fuck him

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Is Ulisses single?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Wow... That's impressive

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's that piece of equipment called that he's using?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

.... ok time to hit hte bench, thanks for the motivation.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i could do that... once.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Sweet baby jesus.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

What is the name of that apparatus?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It's called a sissy squat machine, but don't let the name fool you

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Thanks, I thought you might have been taking the piss; but name checks out.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sissy squats burn. So good though.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Do you find they isolate gluteals more?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In the mid range of the exercise yes, since you keep, a rigod core but I found it burned more around the lower quad, the vastus medialus.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

oh my god that core strength

9 years ago | Likes 315 Dislikes 3

It's insane

9 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

Who is this fellow?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The ability to get up at the end... Jeez

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Let's give it up for the glutes and quads too. They're doing quite a bit of work as well. This guy is a champ.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

His core muscles muscles have muscles on em

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

for real

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

for real i have trouble just standing up after sitting criss cross apple sauce on the floor

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 1

I do too, but it's because I need to untangle my legs and try not to lose balance.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I want you and mr washboard abs to play twister. Or hold a planking competition

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

there would literally be no contest >_> you just want to see me humiliate myself

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*Indian-style

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

*tailor-style

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

no i meant criss cross apple sauce

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's fine, but you're wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Say what they will at these people but they have a serious discipline. Damn.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Whatya mean by these people ha?

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Fitness enthusiasts

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Whats wrong with fitness enthusiasts? :(

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bet he could plank for at least like 25seconds

9 years ago | Likes 440 Dislikes 2

When i was in high school there was this younger kid in my tennis class who would always challenge me. Plank off lasted 2:30 before he gave

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After that i was so dead but fuck if i was about to lose to someone younger than me

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Naw dawg, like...30 seconds...at least.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

25 years!

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Well, you're not wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

25-30 seconds isn't a bad starting point, if you do a couple sets of that a day for a week you could be up to a minute + by the end of it

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I know you're joking, but I've started planking again and I did a minute earlier today. And I've got nowhere near the kinda core strength!

9 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 2

Fuck yeah, nigga

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

Back when I was trying harder my longest plank was about 7 minutes. That was an elbow plank btw, i never tried to time my other one.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Personally went from 20 second plank to 2 minutes no problem in few weeks, keep going, you can do it!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Keep it up buddy. The secret is re-doing the plank exercise again and again.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I started circuit training recently. Push ups to fail, plank to fail, squats to fail. 45 second break. 6 sets. It. Is. Fucking. Hell.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

THE DARK LORD PERSONALLY TRAINS A 60 YEAR OLD MAN... HE GOT TO 3 MIN PLANKS, AND NOW HE DOES 1:30 WITH 45 LBS ON HIS BACK. HE IS A MONSTER.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Holy balls! I could use someone like you in my life.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's insane for that age. I remember we had to do like 10 minutes in Kick boxing for black belt. That was excruciating!

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

HE USED TO NOT BE ABLE TO DO A FUCKIN PUSH UP. 3 YEARS LATER I GOT THE OLD BASTER DEAD LIFTING OVER 240 POUNDS.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Planks? Pistol sits or flags. Step it up boys and girls!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even though I never trained for it, I'm able to plank for 5+ minutes with no trouble at all. I don't know how I'm able to do it so easily =/

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 6

Lol I suppose I should have expected downvotes, but I'm not trying to brag, just see myself as an oddity being able to plank so easily.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you fat or skiny? Also some people are just naturaly strong in some specific muscle groups. I've always had super stong legs considering

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm not super skinny, about 5'10" 155 lbs, might be bone structure if I had to guess. Only muscles I've ever had were biceps lol

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How much (or little) i work out. They're always the first area i see results after a while of working out and always the last to get weeker

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If i stop for a while

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think that makes your body type a mesomorph.
