I don't, all my steel outperforms Hitachi blue, and eliminates the need to laminate it. I'm working on laminating my own 3V or PD1 steel tho

What HRC is the cutting steel/Edge of the knife? My 62 HRC stainless VG10 knives usually goes to the naniwa 12000. For fun. No other reason.

These are 62-63 but will be much sharper because of finer carbides and better chemical makeup
