HDD, and PSU also make somewhat a loud noise. Oh, and don't forget about the GPU.

TBH, this GPU has a fullcover block on it. Coilwhine aside, it's noiseless.

That's a stock Laing D5 pump without a dampening mount or top. Nothing's as loud. The WD Black HDDs come close though. This is noisy AF.

No. They wouldnt.....There is a reason PC cases have intake and exhaust fans and is sealed.

Dust can be avoided, flat ceiling without texture and curtains over windows both help lower dust considerably

LOL. It's pretty clear you've never maintained a custom liquid loop or tried swapping a component in one. This is about as bad as it gets.

Look closer. No slack in the tubing, fillport below waterlevel, no bleed junction... This comes off the wall for any minute maintenance.
