True, I come from San Diego where beers where I live are 7 bucks usually so seeing 9 wasn't too crazy for me. More surprised to see 3-5!

Well I had one yesterday it was 9 dollars, compared to 6-7 usually in San Diego.

Depends on where you go. There's a couple "dive bars" right off the loop / pier that has regular priced beer, $3-5 per.

The Famous Billy Goat Tavern has Schlitz on tap. I Can't remember the name of the other. It was tiny, but they had PBR tall boys for $3.50
