I think it's a square felt sticky pad to protect the surface you sit it on. Looks like it may have lost its original pad.

The green 3 headed one is the closest but if you look good the style for them is very different.

I've them. The eBay special paints are the best. You should ask her is she thinks this looks like something Mrs. Pena would have made.

Not sure. The seller says that it is quite heavy .890kg. If it's windstone like they claim then gypsum sandstone but not sure it is.

It might be. The way it is chipping on the bottom looks similar to some of my chipped Windstones though so I'm not sure.
