A good old fashioned apple pie

It is an apple pie with oatmeal streusel and has a caramel drizzle.

For the filling:
about 5 cups of Granny Smith peeled, cored, sliced thin
A quarter of both brown and white sugar (so 1/2 cup total)
A tablespoon of cinnamon(adjust to your taste. I really love cinnamon)
A teaspoon of super fine lemon zest
Quarter a lemon (after you zest) and squeeze 2 1/2 quarters
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of flour.

To make topping:
About 3/4 cup of oatmeal
Like a half cup of all purpose flour
A similar amount of brown sugar
And like a stick of butter

Mix errthang.
Use your favorite crust or crust recipe. Put crust in pie plate, poke lots of holes in the bottom of the crust. Place filling in crust. To make the filling put everything together and run the butter in until pebbles form. Place that on top of the filling and bake at 425F for like 35 minutes.
