Everybody? Does that mean the end is here?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I can't decide if this makes me happy or sad... and it's really uncomfortable

When he says "everybody" does that mean that everyone died?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

This is really sweet. Thanks for uploading, @OP!

So....the guy lived until just before the biblical apocalypse?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As long as you're not an asshole about others believing different- what does it hurt to hope? :-)

Having to hang out with everyone would be my hell

Dumbledore is so awesome

I think somewhere down the line we all kinda started to assume God gave a shit about us, I firmly believe he won't do anything cause /1

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

One Adam took a bite off the forbidden tree, he had no more obligations to see us through life....so we are in shit because of ourselves /2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

And that Man became drunk with the idea that he would always fix things, even though we were the problem in the first place /3....

Look at you. So smart and special. Have a cookie

You guys are evidently smarter than me, you have the answers science do not yet have :)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Why does God want to kill everyone? I don't get it.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

I don't think that's what's being suggested. It's suggesting that once everyone has lived their lives, they'll be joining this person

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Talking about the time when everyone goes back to heaven.. It's not good killing everyone but rather were taken back to him

Bit of a slow reader though.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fun fact: Allahu Akbar means "God is Greater" not "God is Great," because 'great' or 'greatest' implies a limit to his greatness. 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

That's actually very enlightening thank you.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But greater implies that he's greater than any given limit to greatness.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I studied Arabic. My teachers, some Islamic, taught us that 'Akbar' means greater, but without a comparison means 'greatest'.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I didn't, so you may very well be correct. It's just something I've heard and Google says both, so yes you might be right.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I wish I believed this stuff. At the end of the day the choice between believing in a greater entity or that we've just been lied to ...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

by people just wanting to have the biggest threat in hand to manipulate others is easy. Knowing this world, what feels more plausible?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 6

Why does it have to be one or the other? Why can't a higher power exist who may be different from the things you've been told?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I hold no issue with any beliefs unless they're detrimental to others. Religion, like politics, has become another old, white power racket.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

My question then is, do you think all religions by their nature cause evil, or just that they are often co-opted by those who cause evil

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think claiming propriety over people's cultural/familial values and ethics is just another way for negative/dangerous agendas to be pushed

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Btw whites are by no means more apt to abuse religious power than any other racial group
