It's almost certainly not a spider bite. Where in the world do you live, OP? Doctors are notorious for misdiagnosing spider bites.

They like dark, moist environments such as under sinks. Keep clean (no other bugs/food) and dry. They come in when seasons change. Very shy.

I think if you get it taken care of soon enough after the bite. A shot of antibiotics or something. I don't know though, I'm no doctor.

Nope, its a venom that invades the flesh. Heals on it's own and usually there is no secondary infection.

It's a toxin, antibiotics won't do anything. Unless the open wound gets infected, that is. You just have to let it do it's thing.
