So this is my little transformation. Went from about ~212-205, which isn't alot, but I seems to have a problem losing weight. This took about 3 months and I am super proud of myself. #shamelessselfieisshameless

Ate better and ran. Cut my soda consumption from 1-2 a day to 1 every few days
