Yeah, you see dozens of reposts a day on this site. You know what, not everyone spends enough time on here to see everything that's posted. If I see something I've seen before, I move on. If I see something I've never seen before, I check out the post and the comments.
More often than not, I'm now finding the word "repost" somewhere in the top comments. I see the word "repost" more often than I see any reposts!
Guys, get over it already.

The way I see it, if you see so many reposts then log out of Imgur for a while and do something else!

If I see the comment "Repost", I downvote the comment. I'm seriously dead tired of the self-appointed repost police.

The problem isn't reposts from a few days or weeks ago, it's reposts of stuff that is literally one roll of the mouse wheel down.

That's understandable, but most of the time people are crying repost on something that was last posted weeks ago
