This is an example of a badly made locking mechanism. First of all it relies on obfuscation rather than actual security, and then it attempts to combine several lower quality locks as opposed to one that actually is difficult to overcome.
This is the lock picking lawyer this lock takes multiple keys. As you can see, binding on one, solid click on two, and... there, we have opened this quadruple lock system in just under 11 seconds using the medieval kit you can find on my site.
Even that's a waste of time. I'd wager only one lock actually latches the container, and the others just latch the covers to other locks. So shim open the cover, and the lock isn't actually a warded lock, it just looks like one. With no internal warding, and a giant keyway, you can open this with the allen key that comes with your Ikea shelving.

As a DM, though, I try to never let people just roll until they nat. If you barely succeed, that is taking a long time, if you fail, you just can't get that lock. Rerolls need at least a long rest or something in between.
