It was in the beginning. The "new" content though was reskinned weapons and armor. "New" levels were having you go through old ones 1/

I believe it's the last expansion for Destiny. There will be some other "events" and updates but those will all be free. Destiny 2 comes out

(1) It depends. It got a lot of hate for a lack of content and constant spending on DLC to keep having fun. So if you're not into that then
