Starting the karambit

this is the metal i will be using, i'm building this with no power tools (besides a drill)

I drew the design onto a cutoff from the steel

i marked out the lines id be cutting with the hacksaw

cut out the lines on the back

and the front, now we have the blank

i drilled the finger hole with a small drill bit and expanded it with the round file, its not the best but it works. i then smoothed out the handle and defined the curves with a round and flat file.

i then gave the blade a bevel

sanded out any working marks or imperfections on the faces of it

then i wrapped the handle in cord

finished!
