Husky dogs do not belong in houses & apartments unless the owner is an outdoors person and the husky spends more time outside than inside. Otherwise, I've seen so many have behavior problems.
If that cat was stressed, or otherwise was upset at what's going on, they would have gotten up and left. Cats in general are pretty good at either making you know they don't like a situation, or getting away from a situation they don't like.
What's likely is that the cat simply made itself comfortable. And the annoyance caused by the dog isn't big enough yet to be worth getting up.
