These are part of my push to make useful knives that can be appreciated by a larger population than the "tactical" style knives currently on the market. I can do this model in over a dozen blade shapes, each tailored for a different set of cutting tasks. These are the first two.
Some specs:
6.75" overall length
2.75" blade
AEB-L stainless cryogenically heat treated to 60 HRC
They have fully rounded spines for additional comfort in the saber grip.
Ground thin with polished spine
I have large glove sized hands. These handles fit perfectly. No sharp corners.
Coming along. These will be Tek Lok compatible, and can be carried vertically, horizontally or at a 45 degree angle. Got too excited to wait until after I get back from school today to post.

I design them to be good at light food prep first and utility tasks second. It's most of what I use knives for.

I like them. Outside of my fetish for damascus blades most of my knives are strictly utilitarian. Nothing flashy, they just work.

I like the design of the drop point above but I'd be happier with earth tones or black, like yours, most of my blades get used hard.
