As what Prophet Mohammad PBUH said we shouldn't kill an ambassador or any foreign person (even if we have a war with his country) if he come in peace
And any foreign person comes to Islamic countries he is promised of peace from us and all the people of the country should give him peace and never steal or injustice him.
