What they should have done was have every member of the jury don a latex glove and then try to put one of their personal winter gloves on. The fact this wasn’t countered by the prosecution is laughable.
Audio I suppose is plausible, with mini tape recorders being commonplace, but video would be much less likely when the state of the art camcorders were still the size of a medium sized pineapple.
