First I'm seeing women's hockey on TV. I've never really followed sports but I'll stop and watch for a bit (until it goes to commercial). How is the woman's hockey compared to men's? This one play looks pretty good, at speed with accuracy. I'd imagine its maybe a little slower, like 80-90% speed, but also maybe a little more finesse. Are there still big hits and gloves off fights?

When I watched my college team, they had major restrictions on how physical they could get. I still enjoyed it cause it meant the play was much more technical.
In the PWHL their different rules compared with the NHL are mostly focused around our modern understanding of head injury.
They don't do gloves-off fights, which frankly I prefer. This was the biggest I've seen, the big hit got a Game Misconduct for head contact, then there were matching Minors.

His claimed height is 5'9", but most people who have done comparisons think it's actually 5'5"-5'6".
The same article puts the average Center in the WNBA is 6'5", so it's possible that the average Center is a full foot taller.
