We need people to go from Europe to San Diego to implement a new bookkeeping program. Around 500 people need to be trained. They have zero experience, we have tons and tons. The plan was to send 15 people to San Diego for a few weeks as trainers. Management found only 10 volunteers BEFORE the last ICE killing. So now we decided to train 'remote' which is super inefficient because there are also physical handlings needed. But no fcking way I'm going over there.

My mom tells me she saw on tv that its dangerous in Germany because of terror attacks, she saw it on tv. And when she visits me shes so surprised how safe everything is everywhere. There are more mass shootings in a week back home in the US than in Germany in a whole year

Germany has just under 84M people and 76.5% them live in urban areas. The comparison with the US is fine, just multiply German stats by 4 or use median stats. Europe is densely populated.
