The cord has to be just slightly shorter than the width of your palm. This allows u to deflect the ‘chucks off the back of your hand ...
on the cord, causing both sticks to fly forward around your hand & then spring back ...
When the ‘chucks reach their apex w/ both sticks level, you duck under the cord & they will fall back around your neck
Practice w/ the dummy ‘chucks that have foam wrapped around wooden dowels and 550 paracord connecting them
