Having raised sugar glider joeys I can tell you that it is certainly not a sugar glider of any kind. Probably a flying squirrel.

I think baby Gliders (joeys) like a lot of baby animals, have to be stimulated to poop/pee. I've never handled a joey that tiny though.

I used to have a mating pair of gliders. When (standard color) gliders are born they have a black stripe, and the face is just different.
