Eg we're gonna confine homeless here to keep them safe. But, facism creates poverty and crime. So they point to the confined and say they're to blame. If the masses get upset, the leaders can sacrifice the confined to appease them. "We know crime was bad, so we exterminated the camp,, which was the root cause." Then confine a new group.

I wouldn't be surprised if Union Pacific were to get in on the hype but at the same time, they make all their money from freight transportation from businesses, particularly the big name couriers, UPS and FedEx. Union Pacific owns basically the entire railway system but to agree with this comment, I can't think of any reason that they wouldn't join in on it unless there's no profit and/or bad reputation harm. It could be only a matter of time, really...
