Mmm…not supposed to eat the skin. Kind of like eating chicken with the feathers on. Cut a slightly soft avocado in half, remove the big seed, scoop out the innards, discard the skin, squeeze fresh lemon juice over & salt to taste. Otherwise make guacamole with any recipe you can find.
