11 years old boy from Zaporizhia arrived alone at Slovakian borders as his parents had to stay back in Ukraine. Only with bag, passport and phone number written on his hand. Number belonged to his family members who picked him up later.

No, he entered the country legally. Anyone with a passport can still enter the US with very little hassle, especially if they have family.
