Low Budget Halloween Elf

Painter's tape ears

Since Halloween elf ears are such low quality and I didn't feel like spending a few bucks, I used tape to form my ears! Trying to get my hair to NOT stick to the tap was awful. I ended up using eyelash glue to smooth out the lines and Elmer's to hold the tape down (I'm a lover of low budget costumes if you couldn't tell).

I recycled an old dance outfit and put on some black leggings that had some sewed on details and black leather boots.
