As far as I remember, they're still in there. At least they're still present in my copy of Windows 10.

Make sure WMP is enabled and open it instead of the Music app. then right-click in the middle of the window and hover over Visualizations

Yeah, before winamp could do that i used wmp to rip cds and write the tags but winamp as my player.
