I want everyone to remember to follow your dreams and what makes you happy. I finally found my calling that i knew all along. But was sidetracked. I was in engineering for 3 years until i realized its not what i wanted to do. I still have a lot of debt from my previous schooling but im more happy now than i have been in a really long time.

If anyone wants some recipes that i posted msg me and ill reply when i get the chance. I wish i took more pictures of my baking :^(

Good start. The presentations are very "classical" for the most part. My teachers would have docked you for the parsley though.

IMO "Lamb wellington" should be 1 or 2 bits less cooked, if you needed to check the "Top butt steak" turn it after ;) Otherwise YUMMY!!! 1/2

What is it about fancy food that has to be so tiny?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not about the quantity, but about the quality or something like that.. and I think perhaps it fills you up just as much? I don't know

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would totally let you prepare food for me

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Would love to

Serious question. What is up with the sauce drizzle on the plate? Why not a separate cup or on the meal?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Depending on the food. Steaks cooked over medium sauce goes on cause it helps finish off the cooking. Under medium it goes under so it 1-?

Doesnt continue the cooking process. Its also for esthetics. This day and age people eat with their eyes more than their mouth it also 2-?

Cups on the side i find quite tacky / homestyle. Stuff like mayo, tartar, relish goes in a cup a nice sauce goes on the plate
