Bryant AC outdoor unit does not work. It has noise, but the fan won't turn on.  I have a video here: https://streamable.com/r8ecvo . At 52 seconds or so, it seems to be releasing some pressure. Not sure what that is.

This is the label of the fan motor. It says GE Motors.

At the bottom of the specification label, you will see Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems

You should probably call a tech. Though you can disconnect all power and see if the condenser fan spins freely by hand I suppose

Yeah, not comfortable getting a stranger to my house due to the pandemic. Been trapped at home for 4.5 months to try to avoid contact.
