Y’all are gonna hate this post Part 5

Jun 15, 2020 5:56 AM

#1 “you owe me a phone”

#2 “the mafia won’t get what they want”

#3 “where’s roger”

#4 “if they’re here it’s not critical”

Award for a very patient cop

#5 “I said non fat”

I get that she’s allergic, but you don’t need to be rude/aggressive for honest mistakes.

#6 “if this were otherwise situations and places”

#7 “you get it right the first tiiiiiiime!”

#8 “the way you were starring at me”

#8 Ending on a good note. Someone getting what they deserve.
You see this Karen miscalculated. Generally they deploy their racist insults and violent acts on the defenseless. Such as store employees or people in cars. This Karen choose a random patron of a business. Which as demonstrated was a mistake.

I watched the original Cosmos this morning & thought, “What wonders can we achieve as a human race!” & Then I see this post and cry

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

It's astonishing to me. Humanity could be on Mars within the decade, and we still have rich nations full of Karen's who have no excuse.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#7 Oh my god I laughed so hard when she walked into the door.

6 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

She should have gotten it right the first time

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This was me on Monday at Mc D’s. They made me pull over at 9:42 and at 10, I walked up to window and asked where is my order. They forgot

6 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I feel yeah on that. That happened to me at 2 different locations. I gave the shift leader some attitude AFTER he told me "look I have a

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

screen full of orders so if you're done..." when all I asked was why it took over 15 mins to get my small order when I saw multiple ppl

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

leave with their much bigger orders. Later I called the # on the receipt to complain about the service. The woman apologized and said it's

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

clear they forgot about the order. I don't lose my shit on costumer service but if they are rude to me I'll be an asshole.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

“GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!” Walks into door! lol

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

#4 is a right twat. It’s the slow/stoped bondulance where they’re frantically trying to bring a fresh corpse back to life. Fuck that bitch.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Does anyone else feel badly for decent women who happen to have been named Karen?

6 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 2

Every time. An old coworker is named Karen and she is still one of the kindest, coolest people I ever got to meet. Lovely family, too.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same job also had a woman named Gina who was the Karenest Karen to ever Karen.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My old boss and mentor is named karin. Had a karen hair style and everything. She's an extremely kind and empathetic person.

6 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Since the karen memes started, she's grown her hair long, dyed it brown, and been posting karens against racism memes with the hashtag

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

NotAllKarens. I feel bad for her haha.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Nope

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 8

Yeah fuck her for having a name her whole life. Cunt deserves it and hope she dies right man? Fuck yeah

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Wow, sweetie, you ok?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

It’s sad when stupid people can’t tell you’re making fun of someone by being sarcastic. Then again it’s not my job to explain it to dopes

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Well, I was just trying to be nice because you seem filled with sarcasm and rage. But you do you. Peace!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

What's the #1 context i'm not sure what they talking about beside you owe me phone and you took my 200 something dollars

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Euro, not dollars. It's an Irish accent, but i have literally no idea what she's on about.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It’s absolutely Irish. I think it’s a Limerick store.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Clearly a mobile phone repair & accessories shop, no way of telling who is in the wrong without more info

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Nah, she’s definitely in the wrong. Even if they fucked up something with her phone, doesn’t justify that.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I like the policy of "I'm accusing you of ripping me off for 200 euros, so I'm just gonna steal 200 euros worth of stuff."

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I’m really pleased to see the staff didn’t try to stop her. Especially in the current climate, your job is worth more than a cunt’s pride.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

History of tech repair, I know people like this, and I *think* this might be a store I’m familiar with personally....

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Pure speculation, but it seems like a failed repair. €200 strikes me as a screen replacement for iPhone. Perhaps it re-failed...

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Customers often refuse to wait for a second repair window. I have had this particular breed of Karen in person.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I can't even watch these, I just read the once sentence descriptors and wanted to punch them.

Treating service industry employees with respect and kindness has gotten me .... excellent service and lots of “above and /1

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It used to be that the majority of people were nice and polite and retailers had no trouble telling them no and they'd suck it up. Then 1/

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

the "sheep" found out that assertive and firm people got better treatment. The sheep felt angry and embarrassed. So now we have this. 2/2

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd end up doing a little more for them

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

A lot of these are probably people with mental illness

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nah, mostly just taught no empathy skills and got given whatever they wanted when they had a fit.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Narzism might be a mental illness.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do you mean narcissistic personality disorder? These behaviors alone are not sufficient for making a clinical diagnosis of that.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can't rule it out either. For making a clinical diagnosis you need at least one session with an aproved therapist, not internet videos.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is there any videos of these types of people getting the karma they deserve?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah you'd lose your job so fast your head would spin though. The satisfaction might be worth it though.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I mean, working in corporate has taught me how to say that very professionally.

So sorry! That must've have been a terrible day!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dude Sunday stroller moms are the fucking worst!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I feel that, worked at a Red Robin in a high middle class area. So much disrespect. Had a reg "Karen" mute lady that would complain all

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

2/ all the time. Using her kids to do it or all caps on a phone. Being "yelled" at one a phone is interesting.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I feel bad for ambulance Karen’s husband. He sounded like a reasonable man stuck living with a Karen.

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

It says she was fired. Not sure if true, but I really hope so.

"Karen-ing isn't getting worse, it's getting filmed" - Will Smith

Back in 02 when I worked at Blockbuster, people would camp the return slot for movies or demand I call people who had late movies to return

6 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 5

my worst experience with a Karen was at Popeyes. we close at 9pm, woman walks in with 5 kids at 8:50pm. we had just started cleaning 1/

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Worked at a grocery store deli that had fried chicken. Once during a blizzard I'm the only one who showed up for the night shift 1/

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Manger tells me I can stay and clean, then head home. So I'm in the process of cleaning and the hot bar is empty 2/

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This karen and her orbit of children come up and look at the empty case, "where is the chicken?" 3/

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I explain I'm the only employee who showed up to work, so management made the decision to close early. 4/

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

and hadn't made more sides after 8:15 bc no one came in the 2 hours before that. we had like 8 pieces of chicken and no tenders. 2/

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

well guess what this bitch and her brood want? a fucking family meal. 24 piece. I tell her I need to get my manager to see if we can make 3/

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

that much food this late, and I could tell she wasnt going to take my word for it that we weren't allowed to serve food past 9pm. It was 4/

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

going to take 30+ minutes to make her order fresh. She INSTANTLY lost her shit. "Its 8:45! You're still open! You HAVE to take my order!" 5/

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I worked retail for 5 years. This kind of shit happens daily. This post gave me flashbacks.

6 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Now that I dont work in retail, I have no problem calling other customers out for acting like idiots.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Retail employees lose there job if the call out a customer on this shit. As a customer you are the only ally those employees have typically

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Exactly. I have no problem recording and calling out idiot customers. Its a shame that corporate and management don't let employees do it.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Who's number one? THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS!!!"

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 102 Dislikes 0

IIRC, she worked an administrative position at her husband's law firm. She herself was not a lawyer.

6 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

Yup.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

As far as I can tell from the available articles she is not an attorney, her husband is, she just works at his small firm.

6 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

its like when famous people suffer from "dehydration", like yeah, ok, totally not a boatload of drugs. We aint falling for it.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Even if that's the case, I'm gonna say a controversial thing here: mental illness doesn't give one the right to grab strangers. Slap away.

6 years ago | Likes 111 Dislikes 0

A man with schizophrenia frequently used it to get away with shit n one day pushed a woman in front of the t in boston after asking the time

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yea, I'm sick of it. Same with all the "lone gunmen with mental illness." I got 1 & I don't want to shoot up a church. they're just assholes

6 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

Preach

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Theres no reason this should be controversial. Youre always accountable for ur actions, even with mental illness. It may explain, not excuse

6 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

Mental illness is no excuse to abuse others, verbally or physically. Self-isolate and get help if you can't control it.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Yeah that shit don't fly. Mental illness or not, people have a right to defend themselves.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I dont think thats controversial. The diff is, I believe, that if a person is genuinely mentally ill and not just an asshat, you still lock

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

them up. But you do it because they're ill, not because they're morally unworthy. You get them help. And you also protect society.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

“Customer is always right” is the one thing that makes me want to roundhouse kick anyone.

6 years ago | Likes 106 Dislikes 1

I work in CS. My bosses usually tell us "Remember, the customer is not always right."

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I can't believe that some people think this still exists

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Its yet another misunderstood/misused phrase. It basically just means sell what people buy, not what you'd want to buy.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have decided the customer is rarely right. I spent my time reading store, learning about products and our service offerings, understanding

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Manufacture warranties, rma processes, etc etc etc. And the customer is right? Lol, no. The customer can have whatever I'm selling if they

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Pay the price it is being sold at. If they are nice I'll bend over backwards and find/ use loopholes to get them the most bang for their

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Buck. But if they are a Karen then fuck them. You can get the fuck out and call corporate and I'll tell them to fuck themselves in the most

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Polite and PC way possible that doesn't get HR coming to jump up my ass.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So is it mostly women who behave this way, or are we just more entertained by women doing this?

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

There are plenty of men who do it but for me personally I would be more scared of how a man would react to me filming them.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Basically they are more intimidating whereas women are more amusing?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Women, especially white, are hardcore enabled that they won't suffer consequences for their actions. Other women have always put them in

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

their place without fear of the 'you don't hit a woman' shit men get. The most epic beatdowns come when one woman fucks with a man related

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

to a woman -- bf, hubby, dad, son, w/e -- and the second woman just fucking lays them out like nobody's business.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Dudes act this way too. I guess people just think it's more satisfying to mock the woman though. Im sure men will get their chance to shine.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Grew up in a predominantly white middle-class area and witnessed so many of these “Karen” moments over the years, although back then we 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

2/ just called those people entitled cunts, whether it was a M or F. Generally situations with women were more drawn out, which allowed...

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

3/ more time for the person to show how much of a child they were, whereas situations with men were typically brief and entailed the guy...

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

4/4 shouting “fuck you!” as they stormed out the door. Protracted events = more time to record = more clips involving women being spread.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Jeeeze. As a 30 year old woman I always fear what could tip me into the dark side of karening. But I think I'm on the right path instead

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

These Karens are out of line, I worry we're going down a road where any time a woman is assertive she's deemed "Karen" and then ignored.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Did #1 just rob that shop? Lol hope they caught her

6 years ago | Likes 59 Dislikes 0

I mean she's recorded so probably

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It sounds like there was some sort of transaction between them already. There's probably records he can give the police to track her down?

6 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

She did steal some stuff, though given that its unactivated its useless for her and she probably isnt smart enough to do anything with it.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Oh my god. This is Ireland. Tell me this isn’t Limerick. I think this is my local store.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It is absolutely Ireland

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Oh no. I was thinking the same thing before seeing your comment. It might be.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fuckkkk. Those people are the *best*. And I ran tech retail for 11 years. Who the fuck is this salty, Kareny, cunt?!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Besides the cringe-worthy entitlement, I guess, a thief? I'm sure the employee felt threatened.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 450 Dislikes 4

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I think there's a lot of mental illness in here too though.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You mean narcissism? Poor coping skills? Anger/power/control issues? Are they going to do anything about it?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What’s sad is that all these people go back to their partners telling them that the world is treating them unfairly and need comfort

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

It's called a narcissist

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This is SO true.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Right, probably doesn’t realize even realize that the door isnt American. All public doors should open out thanks to a fire that killed 100+

6 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I genuinely never knew that. I always assumed doors typically opened outwards to allocate more entrance space in businesses.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Seriously? This is America. You should have gotten it right the first time.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The fire at The Station, with Great White fyi

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Man that was a messed up documentary. Arms and legs just jamming through with no hope of exit.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Winecoff hotel fire. 1946.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also because of earthquakes..so if stuff falls down inside they ain't stopping you from opening the door

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Why is this so common in America?

6 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 4

#1 is Ireland I think.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Correct.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Customer-always-right corporate top-down mandates certainly add to it. Companies side with the customer over their own employees too often.

6 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

This behavior is reinforced by consumer culture, capitalism, and the police.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"You can't do this to me, I'm an american"

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I choose to hear it as "I'm unAmerican" in such a context.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Litigation culture. A broken justice system and the over use of a civil court means that rather than simply accepting on sense reactions

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

To these kinds of scum bags we have to cow tow to them out of fear of some piece of shit lawyer using a loophole to win ridiculous amounts

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Of money for them. Morality and right/wrong ceased to exist in our “justice” system & now it’s just arbitrary rules and who can manipulate

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Them the best.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Being constantly told you’re the greatest nation and are entitled to the American dream of whatever you want

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’ve seen videos where people are throwing down in other countries too. It’s not just the U.S.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Usually because just the threat of going off like this tends to get these people what they want

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

We can't duel anymore. Bring back dueling, this nonsense goes away I bet. Also, we spend less time running from bears and tigers.

6 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Because most of the upper middle class people seen here have never dealt with a real problem, so they over react?

6 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

And why is it always an entitled white woman? Cause 'Merica.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

To be fair, how many other videos have you seemed out? Karen’s exist all races

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I've seen a lot actually, on Reddit. And while they do exist in every race, 99% are entitled white, nay, American white women.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

false sense of entitlement

6 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

yes, why is that so common in america

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

From my zero seconds of research, people can act this way because they get their way, due to a free coffee is cheaper than a lawsuit

6 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

So, lawsuits cause Karen's?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yup, throw a fit = get what you want and if not, we live in the land of frivolous litigation suits. Why you think "contents in cup are hot"?

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Yeah but that particular case was fucked. The coffee woman definitely deserved compensation. Life altering injury & it shouldn't be that hot

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Overall, I agree with you tho. The litigation culture is bullshit

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Am I the only one who thought red bell peppers & green are the same plant and you can’t be allergic to 2% milk, but ok w/ non-fat?

6 years ago | Likes 168 Dislikes 1

Red and green are rhe same plant, but apparently you can have different reactions. A friend of mine is allergic to red peppers but not green

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It would be the opposite. Lactose intolerance is not about the fat %. Of course, that's not really allergic anyways.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

they are the same but red ones are more ripe than green ones so they taste a bit differntly.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The only difference I can think of is that the redder a bell pepper, the sweeter it usually is

6 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

The difference is an opportunity to cause a scene and/or get a free meal. It's unclear which is the case here.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Well I guess I can't get it right the first time!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They are the same plant.

6 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 0

Well, most of them, there are a few cases where they are different varieties (like one that never changes from being green), but in general.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

They are the same plant. Including yellow and orange ones too! Just a question of the level of ripeness.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm pretty sure a good percentage of the time when someone tells a restaurant they're allergic it's just you try to get them to take them se

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

seriously. Obviously some people have real allergies.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The same people who have an emotional support psychotic chihuahua and insist they should be allowed to take it in the plane for free

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Non-fat milk is 100% lactose. Lactose is sugar. I bet this bitch tells people they can't have sugary drinks cuz "sugar is bad, mkay".

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 11

100% lactose? what

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Wha? 100 percent lactose? It has lactose sure, just like other non skim milks, just a bit higher concentration.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

But yes, bitch isn't allergic to 2.percebt milk specifically haha

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Um...pretty sure a lot of it is water.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I don't think milk lady is in the right here, but wouldn't 100% sugar be a solid? I'm willing to bet non-fat milk is more than 50% water.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lactose intolerance is not the only issue one can have with milk. Or fats for that matter.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But her children "don't eat green things"

6 years ago | Likes 87 Dislikes 0

Just take them off, for fuck sake. People are crazy.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That 2%milk allergy is total BS- There I said it.

6 years ago | Likes 2276 Dislikes 10

Probably has an eating disorder.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Also nonfat is cloudy water, blech

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 2

And I agree... it's all or nothing

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I was really about to ask about that. Thank you!

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

When you say BS... do you mean Bull Semen?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Disagree. I eat a lot of stuff with full fat milk in. Clothes don’t fit, I’m out of breath, my knees hurt. Crazy allergy. Explain that.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

High fat dairy makes me more likely to be sick, but I don't think it's an allergy so much as a delicate tummy thing. ?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I was going to ask about that because I do not drink milk. Thanks!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Correct. You can't be allergic to fat.

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

1%, I'm cool. 3%? I can handle it. But 2%? It's hives and asphyxiation!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Recent Studies show that regular fat dairy is the healthier choice over reduced and non fat

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What's a zero percent milk? Is this some urban slang for Alien jizz?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Of you're allergic to 2% milk, then it's probably all milk. She was just being a picky bitch

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Shes alergic to thinking shes gonna get fat from drinking milk fat and not from the 56g of sugar in that damn coffee

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That’s eating disorder behavior right there

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

No shit , you're either allergic or not allergic to dairy.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I don’t care that you broke your elbow

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yeah i think too, it is the milk sugar the lactose or the milk protein you can be allergic too, but fat conent?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lactose intolerance isn't an allergy. Allergy is immune system reaction. LI is not having an Enzyme to metabolize.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yeah i messed that up is an food intolerance sorry i'm tired

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No big deal buddy! it's not about owning you; it's about educating passersby. Get some sleep!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As someone who is actually allergic to milk this pisses me off so much. I mean come the fuck on. People already dont take it seriously.

6 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

I have a mild allergy, but its the lactose intolerance that came from avoiding it that's the real problem for me. but yeah, she's just a 1/

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

bitch. 2/2

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yup. If anything, she’d be allergic to non-fat, it has more lactose in it. Nobody is allergic to fat.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes no one is allergic to a percentage

6 years ago | Likes 66 Dislikes 1

I'm allergic to flowers for around 20% of the year.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I hate people who lie about allergies.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This. Milk allergy is to the casein, which you cannot remove by removing fat.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Or intolerance to the lactose

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That's not an allergy though.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have a customer who claims to be DEADLY allergic to “diced tomatoes” specifically.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Agreed. My kid is lactose. It doesn't work like that.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

your child is made of milk sugar, now that's a new one. gl

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I just made a new folder dedicated to Karen!. Didn't even know I needed this feeling of distasteful people like that!

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Mine is called "disrespectful dumbasses" and it has a lot of Karen.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't do that. It will eat you from the inside and you'll turn into a cynic shell. It happened to me, may happen to you (if not already).

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I had a gall bladder issue for a while and I got tereible pain if I had any fat. (It is now removed but some fat still bugs my intestines)

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

SAME. Had mine removed and I swear its actually gotten worse. Something to do with excess bile production when I have fat.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My girlfriend is the same. She was on <1% fat for a while and had to go stop drinking milk before she had it removed. still has problem now

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I had the same issue! Turned out to be bile acid malabsorption made worse by GB removal - it regulates bile release into intestines

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Started taking cholestyramine. It binds excess bile. Its been a HUGE help. Maybe mention to the Dr. if she's still having trouble!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also the fact that she calls it disgusting before saying she has an allergy.

6 years ago | Likes 89 Dislikes 1

That feels like a joke video to me.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Hehe liek Milk.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I don't know what the other 98% is, and at this point I'm too afraid to ask.

6 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

Mostly water, (milk-) proteins and sugar. And some nutrients, of course, given that milk is supposed to be baby food.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I understood that reference.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's the % of the whole that's fat (or removed). Full-fat "whole" milk is around 4%. 2% is basically half the fat taken out. Skim is all.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Ahh! We have whole milk, semi skimmed and skimmed. So 2% Is semi skimmed I guess

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Milk fat. Full fat is heavy (whipping or butter) cream. Skim is the water left after all the fats are removed.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

*gasp in shock how dare you tell me that I don't have milk allergy! *farts. Never mind, it's gas. Not allergy just tight butthole.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Came here to say this. Most people's "allergies" are indeed made up. Especially this sudden widespread gluten allergy. It's pathetic.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

that you assumed she has an eating disorder just because she was presumably willing to lie about what she was allergic to

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I dont know if 2% is different from nonfat but I know of people deathly allergic to dairy, even rashes from skin/dairy contact.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

The only difference is fat and sugar content. The less fat in milk, the more sugar that is added.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Agreed

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I dunno. My roommate and her daughter are allergic to milk fat. They can have skin but anything more and they need medicine

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

*skim milk

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Lyin dumbfuck.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Could be that she can’t have food with fat in it.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But she’s incorrect, she’d not be allergic to it.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah it's all or nothing with milk

6 years ago | Likes 661 Dislikes 1

There's slight gradation. Sometimes yogurt / hard cheese is fine when milk / soft cheese causes issues.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lactose intolerance is also not an allergy. Drinking milk will not kill someone who is lactose intolerant.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Im lactose intolerant but i still chug the f outta dem big jugs. #milk4lyf #OKMaybeNotAllTheTime

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Likewise. Pizza is pain. But pizza is too delicious.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

She's a grown woman calling food disgusting. That's what little kids do. If you don't like something just say you don't like it.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

No she’s good with whole. It’s JUST 2%.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As someone who is lactose intolerant, certain milks are worse than others. I usually go for soy or almond milk. If I get 2% so many farts.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'll admit that there's lactose intolerance, and there's lactose free milk options. Skim's not fat free either. Skim < 0.5% milk fat.

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Lactose is a sugar, not a fat. Has nothing to do with skim or 2%

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Correct, which is why I mentioned skim in a different sentence, while stating that there are sensitivities to lactose.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Re-reading my comment, I can see how you may have read that I was conflating the two though, so fair clarification.

I get she was a freakin Idiot about it , but why can’t people understand to just give us the milk we asked for. We’re not being entitled

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

It's more the response, I think. He said I'll remake it and she blew up on him. It's not hard to be understanding. We all make mistakes.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's her overreaction to someone making a mistake. He clearly says he'll remake it and she just keeps going off on him.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I thought that as well, if your allergic to milk (lactose) fair enough, but the fat % of milk? Is that a thing?

6 years ago | Likes 311 Dislikes 4

I researched for 5 minutes (So Im clearly an expert) The allergy is usually to the protein in milk, not the fat. So yes its BS.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I doubt if 2% is different from nonfat but I know of people deathly allergic to dairy, even rashes from skin/dairy contact.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's an allergy to a protein in milk called casein

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think that woman was bullshitting, but I don’t have a gallbladder and higher fat %s can sometimes make me sick over nonfat.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

People aren't allergic to lactose. They're either lactose intolerant (can't digest milk sugar), or they're allergic to the casein protein,

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

it's important to know the difference because they have very different health implications.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I am allergic to milk and that is all kinds if % so she fucking lyong

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No dipshit.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not unless you're allergic to fat. Which is a common condition known as "dead"

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

yes, depending on how allergic you are to the two proteins in milk (lactose or casein (Sp?) it can be) but you couldn't have milk period...

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Anything ending in -ose is a sugar not a protein (lactose, sucrose, galactose, etc)

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

huh neat, i couldn't remember the name of the actual protein in milk i just knew i used to be allergic to it as a kid.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

so while you CAN be allergic to milk fat you'd never put milk in anything you want, and are avoiding the added fat in processed stuff.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lacrosse intolerance isn't an allergy and lactose isn't a protein.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Milk allergy and lactose intolerance aren't the same thing. Milk allergy is to casein (protein). Lactose is a sugar.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I dunno if it's an ALLERGY, but my body responds poorly to higher fat milk. More bloating, more gas, bad poop... But there's meds for that.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No

6 years ago | Likes 199 Dislikes 1

No even remotely.

6 years ago | Likes 77 Dislikes 1

You can be allergic to Casein (the protein) or Lactose (the sugar) but not the fats, and if you were, nonfat milk would still have traces.

6 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

I'm allergic to a protein in cow milk specifically. Haven't tested it, but I'd guess percent doesn't matter. Quantity does though

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lactose intolerance isn't an allergy.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Thank you.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's important to understand that dietary intolorances are NOT the same as allergies.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Exactly, I have IBS, the real one, and if I eat the wrong food I won't go into anaphylaxis, but I will spend the next 24hrs in the shitter

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You’re so right, I have a dietary intolerance, but I would never call it an allergy. Allergens require a lot more precautions and can kill.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Depends on how you process fat, I don’t have a gallbladder, higher fats can make me sick but not nonfat. I’m not a dick about it though.

6 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

However, I also don’t call it an allergy, because again: I’m not a dick about it.

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

Also, it wouldnt be an allergy, even if you were a dick. In your case, it is a food intolerance, based on your inability to digest that /1

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I just call it an allergy as shorthand sometimes. I know it's not technically correct. But it's easier than explaining a lack of gallbladder

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Plus when the server says they'll remake it for you, I'm gonna go ahead & assume you say something like "Oh, that'd be great. Thanks."

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm lactose intolerant, nonfat milk doesnt upset my stomach as much. My kid is allergic, cant have any milk. No need to be rude either way

6 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Lactose intolerance isn't an allergy though.

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

I get what you mean, but for some, the side effects are still bad enough to feel like one. Still, that girl was a bitch

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Agreed, and claiming it is, is a dick move

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It's not even an allergy, it's an intolerance. There's a difference. Allergies can k I'll you, intolerance gives you the rumblies.

6 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

Allergies result in a spectrum of symptoms, with the most severe potentially causing death. Mild allergies are definitely a thing

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dietary intolorances, if triggered regularly over long periods of time, can cause general inflammation issues and cognitive defect, such as

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

mood regulation, memory issues, and problems sleeping. And can cause fatigue and other generalized, non-specific issues.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There is such thing as a milk allergy. It's extremely rare though, more common in babies, and most outgrow it.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Can confirm. My mother and I have a lactose intolerance, my little brother straight up has a cow milk allergy.

serious question is it the fat in the milk or something they use to make it 2%

That could be a possibility, never thought about that. I dont react to milk with 0,5% or lower

Fat is necessary to live. I don't believe for a second you are allergic to fat

If you don’t have a gallbladder you can have issues processing fat, I’m not allergic, but depending on how I consume fat I get really sick.

Dunno what to tell you man, I just get ill?‍♀️

I'm not allergic to fat it general, but for some reason if I drink milk with a 0,5% milk or higher then I get stomachaches and get ill

Sounds like maybe a gall bladder issue.

Maybe they're sensitive? Like, I can eat food cooked with pig lard just fine, but some kinds of vegetable oils give me BAD diarrhea.

Yeah, intolerance is the right word. Sorry

Are you allergic to fats in general, just milk fat, or something else? "Milk fat" allergy sounds fake, if im being honest.

I know it sounds fake, but I only react to milk with a high % of fat and cream... But I can drink skimmed milk and highest at 0,5%

Maybe it's an intolerance and not strictly an alergy

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But are you allergic? You could just be sensitive to fatty milk. That's different than a diagnosed allergy. The reason the allergy claim

I can't explain why or how it works, I just know that since I was little I have reacted to it and get bad stomachaches and just feel ill
