I'm coming to the end of my little project of 2 years. Building a little house in the mountains on my days off from work. Just a kitchen and bathroom to finish. A nice place to spend a chilly winter night. Thanks for looking

Septic tank is done. But as for permits.....Ehh....It's way up in the Wicklow mountains, it'll be ok ha

I hear ya. I have a tiny cabin but just big enough to cause problems if someone started asking questions. No indoor plumbing though.

Well I know there are composting toilets and rainwater systems to stay off the grid. A lot of new stuff coming along in recent years
