I wouldn’t say it’s bad but given that was the original premise of them being attracted together that story line all together was dropped. The manga artist was juggling way too many plots that the bunny was put all the way in the back. Hence the story was wrapped up pretty quick with a lot of unresolved plot points.

If you mean Haru (as she's known in the Anime, I know they love changing names around) it's because she's the least interesting character in the show. If she wasn't even in it and the focus was about Legoshi's internal monologue thinking about smaller herbivores it would be better. She is, to turn a phrase, a nothing-burger.

Everyone's entitled to an opinion. I recognize that she's popular and other people like her, I'm just not sure why. She doesn't do anything. She doesn't advance the plot. Legoshi's infatuation with her never diminishes or progresses. Sometimes she witnesses action but never takes part in it. There are so many other interesting characters. Even Seven is more compelling and she's been on-screen only like ten minutes.

No worries, we're all talking about the same bunny. Now compare how insignificant she is compared to Judy Hopps. Judy's a fucking powerhouse of a character. Haru just kinda walks around and things happen to her.
