I've been dating a girl for almost 3 months now. In the beginning, she said she didn't want to rush into things..but then asked me to her family Thanksgiving (we had only been talking 2 weeks), I've spent a ton of time with her daughter, she told me she loves me, and constantly told me she was falling fast and it scared her. Before we made it official, she would talk to me, we were intimate, everything was great. But since we gave ourselves an official "title" It's all gone, and she doesn't try. I put in all the effort and we haven't been intimate in over a month. I spend every night at her house, I text first, I check in and she doesn't...I threw a huge surprise party for her birthday, right before she went to Vegas for a week. She was distant the entire time there, and now told me she doesn't think she's ready for a relationship and we should go back to "getting to know each other."
What in the fuck.
What do I do, imgur? I'm sad and lost.
TL;DR - Girlfriend decides she's not ready for a relationship after 3 months of dating.

$300? You got out for cheap, dude. Take it.
ladygrimm00
What is the point of downvoting, you a-holes. I'm having a bad day!
YourSelfMan
What happens in vegas stays in vegas
AScholarAndAPervert
Work on your own life, keep talking to her if you want, but make yourself the priority, not her. Go out, have fun, move on.
Jewnese
Leave her alone she is too busy playing games
misterdode
Because she got reeeaaaal slutty in Vegas.
groovydawgs
Something happened in Vegas. That's your cue.....
RubberChickenTenders
You are a dumbass for spending $300 on a girl you dated 3 months. Sounds like you were insecure about the relationship before she left.
ladygrimm00
And what's the point of calling someone names when they're already having a bad day? I don't understand
ladygrimm00
I actually was extremely secure. She's never had a birthday party in her life and I wanted to make her feel special. I'm not crying over
ladygrimm00
lost dollars. I'm upset she doesn't have the decency to just be honest with me
ManMashine
WTF these downvotes... really, Imgur?
IOnlyHatePeople
Being sad about it won't make it not have happened. Move on, have it happen again a few more times until you find the right one.
ladygrimm00
I'm not entirely sad. I just want her to be honest instead of making me feel like it's me.
IOnlyHatePeople
If you know within yourself you didn't do anything to deserve it, it's not you. Move on and don't let her inability to communicate rule you.
ladygrimm00
thank you for that
krugle
You move on, 3 months is nothing.
ladygrimm00
It really isn't. Time wasted is annoying though.
krugle
It isn't wasted if you learned something.
GraveSituationNation
Only been 3 months. Drop it like it's a horse puck. You're better than that I hope. Find a girl who deserves your efforts.
IAmAPandaButt
That just means she is into someone else and wants to see how that goes.
ladygrimm00
You're probably right.
thefreshjedi
sounds like what happened in vegas didn't stay in vegas.
FerricGuy
you fucking spent $300 on a chick you dated for 3 months? are you high?
ladygrimm00
Lol, dinner for us was $100, and then drinks, decorations, etc was the rest. Not a big deal.
FerricGuy
i don't spend nearly that much on a dinner for 5 on a birthday celebration -- and they have been around for over 12 years.
terribledeathwhinny
If it was no big deal then why did you mention it, you could have said you took here out for her birthday.
ladygrimm00
Because I did everything I could to make her feel special, and she came back and acted like I was nothing
HeyOP
1) Accept that she's not ready. She may well have cheated on you out in Vegas, or at least realized she was so tempted that
HeyOP
2) she's not ready to settle down. Don't spend so much money so soon in the next relationship, money can make people feel weird and
HeyOP
3) the amount clearly mattered to you. Also, to the "lesbians suck" thing, straight women and men do this sort of shit too. Just FYI. G'luck
HeyOP
4) *Also, "at least" wasn't quite the proper phrasing. "or perhaps" would be more fair.
ladygrimm00
The money thing doesn't bother her. We both like to spend money on one another.
HeyOP
Nobody's offering you advice on how to save this relationship, because it's beyond saving. The advice is for your next.
