Probably had 15x this amount this year. Co-workers say I grow the sweetest tomatoes, but I would never know as I dont eat them at all. I do love growing them for others.

Put them on a tray, in the oven, medium heat for 2 hours. All water evaporate and you're left with amazing flavour.

Dont like tomatoes, never have. I will eat sauce (pizza, pasta) but cant have chunks. With chili I pick around moving the chunks to the side

@op get yourself a dehydrator. half them tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper then make sun dried tomatoes. They keep forever in the freezer

Without a doubt going to have to dehydrate tomatoes tomorrow... have 2.5 times on the tray plus normal size ones that also getting canned.

Have one, actually going to do some canning of them tonight. Maybe next batch, thanks for the suggestion.
