I was sitting here, minding my own damn business, and the power just went off for about five minutes. The babies couldn’t have cared less, but my Netflix is still offline. Does this mean I need to, like, interact with the kittens for a while or something? Ugh

No idea! HSV utilities outage map recognized the outage after the fact but not in real time so it wasn't planned. Maddy doesn't like it when her sensitive ears register a difference and it getting quiet freaked her out.

Ugh, sorry for your baby. Three of the six Guatemala Kittens woke up like, “Wtf?” But it was mostly me trying desperately to remember where I put all the flashlights in case it lasted a while 😂

She got over it quickly and is now shunning me for not covering myself with her favorite blanket because it's too hot for that. If you put an ups backup battery on your wifi router you will hardly notice the blackouts because the WiFi won't go out
