The last image...
This was the last image taken of my Nana before she passed away, Its nothing special, just a passport image But it means alot. It's in this bad condition because every day for the last ten years my grandad has had it in his pocket and held it tight whenever he misses her, They had been married for 60 years.
And this is what I need of you!
Although in bad condition, could someone out there please revamp it, using the 2 images together even?
My grandad is currently ill in hospital and we aren't sure how long he may have, I just thought it would be lovely if he could see this picture the way it used to be.

If it is a passport photo, it has to be on record somewhere... there is a chance you'd be able to get a copy.

95% of the image min. Just take the two overlap in photoshop, use layers, and carefully remove the white spots. Then do some minor cleanup
